If you’re bored with your current “delivery mechanisms” for apple cider vinegar and/or collagen peptides, here is a very easy and very quick recipe for a drink that tastes a lot like Chinese hot & sour soup. Feel free to play around with the ingredients depending on your taste.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups bone broth (chicken or beef)

  • 1/2 TB soy sauce, tamari, or coconut aminos

  • 1/2 TB apple cider vinegar

  • 1/2 tsp Sriracha

  • 1 scoop collagen peptides (optional)

Directions

  • Mix together first four ingredients in a large mug or Pyrex 2 cup measuring cup.
  • Microwave for a minute and 30 to 45 seconds.
  • Stir in collagen peptides (if using).
  • Pour into a mug (if not already there) and drink.

  1. Hi Steve,
Just wondering if maybe the carbs, fat, and protein per serving indicated in this recipe are for a much larger serving size. I plugged in the individual components into Carb Manager and had much different values than you do. BTW love the recipe and your channel. Thanks!
