This was my first try at keto-fying this recipe for a bacon, cheddar, potato tart from Food&Wine Magazine. I used turnips and zucchini in place of the potatoes. I over cooked it and also I think think that it needs a REALLY sharp cheddar to stand up to the cooking process. It was still pretty wonderful and will probably be a future video. The pulled pork in the background of pic #4 is on one of Donz Bunz.
