Yea these were delicious this morning. Those aren't burn marks, they are actually melted chocolate chips. It's carbquick based with banana flavored protein powder. And yes that is my personal serving size 😉
Just as a side note, I've been working my protein intake and watching my daily calorie totals. Essentially on an old cutting diet, down 2.5% body fat in last 2 weeks and abs are showing nicely. It blows my wifes mind we can eat stuff like this while being "on a diet" lol
