Made fish and chips tonight with home made tartar sauce. Darn tasty.

Looks delicious. Is this a recipe from SeriousKeto? Something you would share? Living in New England, I can get great fish when ever I want. It’s the non-Keto breading that trips me up.

I used 2 Basa fillets totaling a little over 11 ounces and it made 4 servings. I shallow fried them in 2 batches of olive oil at 350 degrees. Very light and crispy.
I also found that twice frying the chips really adds to the crispiness.
