This amazing recipe will be a video in a couple of weeks. Suya is Nigerian street food -- a nutty, mildly spicy beef on skewers. The spice blend has 10
different spices, which gives this a complex flavor that's pretty amazing. The one ingredient that's uncommon is grains of paradise. I'll definitely need to find some more recipes that use those.
