Modified the Mon Cala Sardine Fritters from the Galaxy’s Edge Cookbook, a Star Wars themed cookbook. Used Pork King Good Cajun style pork panko instead of the regular panko. Dipped in the SK barbecue sauce and the SK pimento cheese. So good I ate them all😄

I have to see if I have that cookbook.  I know I have 3 Star Wars cookbooks, but I don't believe I've made a recipe out of any of them.  How were they?

they were great. Made about 20 and I wanted to make some for lunch and to take to work later that night but none survived lunch.
