Ok, I have got to say that Steve is a great cook/chef/mastermind! We have been going back a forth a tiny bit on youtube comments about this recipe. The contents of which, boil down to - Can you use any flavoring in this recipe, besides the cornbread extract? The answer is, of course! I made these last night with my son and we made them strawberry 🍓 flavored, using strawberry extract! They were... just ok. However, it wasn't the recipe, it was the cooks. The strawberry flavor was weak, so next time a tsp more; the muffins were crumbly, so next time silicone muffin cups. I think both of those would help tremendously! Just thought I would comment on this great recipe!

I believe the image in the post is the max "preview" size. If you have a higher resolution picture and then click on it in the post, it shows full size. At least that's my hypothesis.
I wonder what the carbs are like on freeze dried strawberries. That could add some fun color as well as flavor to these.

I made these for Thanksgiving and they were a hit. I did use the powdered Swerve, since I have no Bochasweet. It also used up all my OOO Corbread sample I had, which was just shy of the 2tsp in the recipe. I ordered more, as well as the banana flavor. I’ll try the base recipe with some banana flavor with a bit of cinnamon and some nuts to see if that is good.
@joeyk Yeah, Gigi Varnum nailed it with this recipe. My grandson goes crazy for them.
