OMG.
If this is wrong, I don't want to be right.
That's not totally true.
We get at least one sample in every Green Chef shipment. One of the brands is called ":ratio". The first :ratio brand sample I tried was a "Keto Crunchy Bar". Meh, nothing special.
Tonight I finally got around to trying their Keto Friendly vanilla yoghurt.
OMG {yellow}
Soooo....goooood. It's like a regular Greek yoghurt, only better, IMO.
What do ya'll think? Am I stepping on a landmine? If I am, would you let me down easy?

I find it interesting that they are using non-fat milk. I'm not bothered by "natural flavors" or Sucralose -- I personally believe that the ingredient police get too worked up about both of those. Coincidentally, I plan on making some yogurt myself with half and half today. I'd love to be able to figure out what the macros are on it.
But that ratio stuff sounds interesting...

@ketoadmin I thought it was kind of odd, too. Especially since they then ADDED milk fat and more milk. What? LOL
I've thought about making yoghurt, but that's it. Thought about it.
I have a Ninja Foodi Smart 5 in 1 Indoor Grill on it's way. YAY! I'm so excited.

I love this yogurt! Unfortunately, only Kroger carries it near me and they have a limited number of flavors. If I’m not making my own, this is my next option.
@ketoadmin If you like making homemade yogurt, try it with Fairlife milk. You can cold-start since it's ultrapasteurized, and has half the sugars of regular milk.
Just whisk a couple tbsp of greek yogurt (any kind works, but I usually use Fage 2% - you want it unsweetened, with live cultures) with a bit of Fairlife milk to dilute it so it isn't chunky, then transfer to your machine, pour the rest of the carton in and given it a whisk, then start your yogurt cycle. I use my Instant Pot and it works perfectly. When your machine times out (or after 8-12 hours, depending how tangy you want it), transfer the yogurt to the fridge without stirring or disturbing it. Let it sit overnight and you're done. Just whisk and enjoy. If you want, you can transfer it to a nut milk bag or a cheesecloth lined sieve and let it drain, but you really don't *have* to unless you'll be using it in a recipe and need to keep tight control of the liquid balance.
I just happened to have purchased two bottles of Fairlife full-fat milk yesterday for this very purpose. I'll be starting some before I go to bed tonight. Again, your timing is perfect.
