My husband and I were just at a Hawaiian Christmas in July party.  Everyone brought in all kinds of dishes that well.... I cheated.  but when party was said and done.... tons of people begging me for my keto cheesecake recipe.  It was the hit of the party! Very good food there that day. No-one believed this was low carb. I wonder if anyone will give more consideration to the low carb life.
