Does anyone use a service like Home Fresh, Dinnerly, Blue Apron, etc? I'm considering Green Chef.
Before you say anything, please understand that currently my life is in constant state of flux. I have my job that I work 10-12 hours per shift 2 days a week, my husband and pets that need attention and care, and 3 days a week I take care of my mother who has Alzheimer's, with one additional hour on Saturdays is spent there, (30min away from my own) to do a few chores at her house that can only be done on the weekend.
My husband is great at taking care of a lot of meals, but we're not chefs, we're not even foodies. We try a lot of different recipes, and tend to settle on a few regular meals that we know well enough that we can prep in good time. I don't have all day to look for different things to try every single day of the week (I've been subscribed to eMeals for a few years and will be cancelling my renewal in January because I don't use it anymore). So I thought maybe 2-3 days a week we could have a meal at our fingertips. Oh, and shopping is a is a royal PITA these days.
Don't get me wrong I *love* Serious Keto recipes and I have tried many of them with great success. I'm just tired guys, I'm tired. {yellow}:exhausted:

wow, sounds like you've got your hands full! I have never used such a service but I wish you well.
Cooker of Good Food and Stuff
Though I've not tried any of those, I think those services are great. One of the least awesome parts of cooking is getting your mise en place. To have all of the ingredient pre-measured and portioned out sounds like a dream come true if you don't want to spend a ton of time in the kitchen but still want to feel like a chef.
I vaguely recall being contacted by a company that does the Blue Apron thing, but they were keto -- and they offered to send me some of their "kits". I declined (as I do most of these sort of offers). I'm sorry I can't remember their name...
Illegitimi non carborundum
I used Blue Apron in the “before times” and found it quite satisfactory. The recipe cards allow you to make your favorites again, just not as conveniently. I stopped because I couldn’t eat the meals fast enough and my wife and I (OK, mostly me...) ate more than what was there. Now, we prepare our own but I use Butcher Box for my meats, as the quality of meats at local groceries can be suspect at times, and the Whole Foods I go to keeps tossing more food in my basket than I need 😉
