I'm a RN/science geek.  I found this yesterday; clinical research that indicates a body in ketosis is not a suitable host for COVID-19.  I regard this as an all around win for low carb folks.  This is a link to the Youtube video of 2 Fit Docs talking about this research;  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pYOH9OgldM8   This is a link to the research paper they are referencing;  https://www.karger.com/Article/Abstract/510508    I have attached the entire paper to this post if you are inclined to get a little science geeky yourself.

This is research I will continue to follow.

I'm a firm believer that a body in ketosis is not a suitable host for pretty much any disease (including cancer).  I've been practically illness free since going keto.  There were a few days in February where I had all the symptoms of COVID (this was about 2 weeks after being on an 9 hour flight from Hawaii).

I should probably go donate some blood.  I've heard they test you for antibodies...
