Has anyone here "thefastingmethod.com" and signed up for "The Fasting Method Course". It's about $40usd/month and I'm considering it.

@valkyrie I can't see this program offering you a lot more than what you've already gotten from those books, unless I'm missing something.

@valkyrie - I don’t know why but this came up in my post today. Everything appears to be dated from January.
I was interested because I looked at Jason Fung‘s program today as they were promoting a support function within the program. I would participate in that kind of network but when I saw the price tag, I can’t do $40 a month simply to have an accountability buddy. If anyone here through this forum wants to be my accountability buddy and I would do the same in return. Give a shout out.
