I've had this recipe kicking around for a while now and finally decided to give it a go.  It is a modification of one I got off the internet and, sorry, I do not remember who it is I should give credit to.

1 pound ground beef
1 medium red onion finely diced
2 tbs mayonnaise
2 tbs ketchup (sugar free)
1 tbs mustard
two small tomatoes from my garden diced
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbs olive oil
t tsp chopped garlic

heat an oven proof frying pan
add oil and warm up
toss in ground beef, onion and garlic
cook until beef is done to your liking and the onion is soft
stir in 1 cup of cheese
take off heat
add mayo, ketchup and mustard
add in tomatoes
sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top
put under broiler until the cheese is to your liking

This sounds delicious and I hope to be trying it out this week.

I made something similar to this Friday night with the exception of steak strips bell peppers and onions with provolone cheese. Was trying for a Philly cheesesteak casserole. Turned out pretty good in my opinion.

What are you taking the picture with?  That last pic you tried uploading wouldn't upload for me either until I opened it in Photoshop and then resaved it.

@ketoadminthat was the picture I was having issues with.  I used my Samsung Galaxy S10e.  I had to edit the picture, change the size and save it in order to upload it  but it is finally there.  A lot of fuss for a frying pan full of muck.
