This is a delicious Indian meal that my family and I eat pretty regularly. I'm including screenshots of the recipe as well as the YouTube link where I discovered it. If you dont have access to curry leaves just use bay leaves and lime zest (tastes better anyways) Hopefully you will try this and enjoy it as much as my family and I do. I typically use Tilapia fillets or shark steaks. I suggest watching video and watch how she mixes the coconut milk in because the fish will be EXTREMELY tender.
Pretty much the perfect use of embeds and attachments there, my man. {yellow}
I may have missed it, but is there a type of fish and a recommended amount?
Illegitimi non carborundum
I typically use about a pound of fish spread over 3 meals and usually I use Tilapia fillets or shark steaks
macros?

@calgaryguy to be honest I dont know because I dont track them.... if its low carb and low calorie then it's good for me. You would have to take into account the ingredients and amounts of veggies, fish etc and just do what fits into your personal allowance. Sorry but I'm not alot of help when it comes to that. I just eat what is acceptable to my standards and try to share what's good.
