This is a mashup of several recipes I found on the interweb as well as my own addins.
3 cups rhubarb
2 tbs avocado oil
1 medium onion finely diced
1 cup allulose
1 cup no sugar added ketchup
1/3 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup bourbon
1/3 cup soy sauce
3 tbs Worcester sauce
3 garlic cloves crushed
3 tbs yellow mustard
2 tbs molasses ( I know, I know but it ain't lots and packs a big flavour punch)
1 good glug of Tiger Sauce
20 drops of maple stevia

Then what? Cook on the stove top and blend?

@ketoadmin saute the onion in the oil. Then add everything and simmer until mushy. Took me about 40 minutes to get a good mush consistency. Store in the fridge.

so you didn't blend or anything afterwards?
I gotta get my hands on some Tiger sauce. Stores around here used to carry it all the time, but I haven't seen it in quite a while.

Sorry for the delay in responding. no blending. The cooking made it mushy enough. I can send you some Tiger sauce if you like.

@calgaryguy Thanks for the offer, but I just purchased a six pack on Amazon. I used to be able to find that and Dragon sauce at the store all the time (and cheap). Now I have to resort to Amazon...
