I just got a Cuisinart bread machine today. For my first loaf, I made the lupin bread from "I Don't Sugar Coat" which is basically the same as the often copied recipe by Diedre, except that it uses lupin flour instead of golden flax meal. I used the Miracle Flour brand of lupin flour and perhaps erroneously, I set the bread machine on the "gluten free" program.
I can't say that I was thrilled with the results. I think part of the problem is that Miracle Flour has the most "earthy" flavor of any lupin flour I've tried. Also, I've seen some people say that you should just use the "basic" setting on the bread machine. Anyhow, the taste was kind of unpleasant and the texture was like a rubber sponge.
As an interesting side note, I found that by doing a YouTube search on "keto bread machine", I got 8 results on the first page that were essentially Diedre's recipe. Of those 8, only 3 gave her credit for the original recipe. Pretty sad...

You should try Diedre's original bread machine recipe.

I don't own a machine or I would give it a go.
