I came across an article about this website this morning in The Valley News, a paper published in Lebanon, NH that covers the "upper valley" area of the border of central Vermont and New Hampshire, where I'm spending a week, hopefully, escaping the heat in that second-cousin-to-hell known as Florida. A professor at Vermont Law School, up the road in South Royalton, VT taught a class in food nutrition labeling, and thought it was bizarre that an entire semester of law school was required to teach people to read food labels. VT Law School's Center for Agriculture and Food Systems and Dartmouth University teamed up to develop this very cool site that gives you SO much information and makes nutrition labels understandable. It's worth perusing, and besides, it's too hot outside to do anything else. https://labelsunwrapped.org/
Cool! Thanks for sharing that. {hands}
