This may or may not interest anyone, but QVC has a Stuffler-like waffle maker (7" diameter, by Power XL, called a Wafflizer) on sale at Today's Special Value deal, for $34.98 plus $5.50 S&H. It comes in a bunch of colors right now, but some if not most will likely sell out before the end of the day. 

Full disclosure, I do not own nor have I tried this maker, so I don't know how well it performs. I just figured since we're nearly all budget-constrained when it comes to dropping cash on new gadgets, this might be a way to save some pennies. (The regular price on both the Stuffler and the Wafflizer is about $50. There's also a smaller, 5" version of the Wafflizer on A-Zon for ~$25-$30, but it is only available in black.)
