I'm posting this as a hack because every time I talk about it, seems no one has ever heard of it.
If you are using chicken breast in a recipe, after cleaning and cutting it, coat it in baking soda and let it sit for about 15-20 min. Then rinse off under running water (make sure to get it all off) then pat dry with a paper towel. Then continue with it as planned for your meal. This will make your chicken breast so juicy and flavorful. As much so as using the thighs. Hopefully this info helps someone and you can now enjoy the breast meat without it being dry and so dense.
