gramsRanch seasoning is truly an “All American” flavor. It goes great in dips, salad dressing, sprinkled on vegetables, as a rub on chicken, the list goes on and on. Most commercial ranch powders contain maltodextrin and MSG, and most ranch dressing use inflammatory oils like soybean or canola. With this recipe, you can have your ranch and have it “clean”.
Ingredients
1/2 cup buttermilk powder (70g)
2 TB dried parsley
1 tsp dried dill
1 tsp dried chives
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp sea salt
Directions
- Whisk together all ingredients and transfer to an airtight container or shaker bottle.

Notes
- Nutritional information is based on a serving size of 1/2 tablespoon, which I believe is far more realistic than the 1/4 tsp to 1/2 tsp most ranch seasonings list
Where’s the rest of the recipe. Or do you just sprinkle it on
You can just sprinkle it on dry or maybe add it to mayonnaise and some milk for a salad dressing. Just like you would with the store bought buttermilk ranch dressing.
Amazing ! Used it on Heavenly Fans chips.
Steve, I’m new to keto. Should I be tracking total carbs or net carbs?
That’s a personal decision. You won’t go wrong tracking total carbs, but net carbs seems to be the de facto standard in terms of recipes and keto products.
STEVE!!! Yet ANOTHER winning and versatile recipe! just mixed 1 TBSP with 1/3 cup of each taste test wet ingredient: plain greek vs sour cream vs chosen foods avocado mayo. ALL were good… but the greek yogurt was the unanimous winner for my family!
How much greek yogurt Alana?
