gramsAlmost all store bought salad dressings have soybean or canola oil as their first ingredient and also contain added sugar. With this recipe, you can avoid both the potentially inflammatory seed oils as well as the extra carbs.
Ingredients
1/2 cup olive oil or avocado oil mayonnaise (110g) *see note
2 TB No sugar added ketchup (30g)
2 TB finely chopped pickles (30g) *see note
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp sweet paprika
4-6 shakes garlic powder
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl
- Serve immediately or let rest in the fridge overnight for the flavors to marry
- Can be stored in the fridge for 7-10 days.

- I recommend bread and butter pickles. They have a nice sweetness without being overly sweet.
